Great news! We heard your request for Official Grey School ID cards and Headmaster Oberon took the project on in typical Wizardly fashion. He designed the layout for our new cards, and made three different versions available including Students, Faculty, and Magisters too!
These are sturdy plastic ID cards with your photo on the front. You will need to use your Student #, which can be found on your My Account page atop the right hand column. Email Students@GreySchool.com if you have any questions.
Soon, we will be publishing a list of magickal shops who honor these for a 10% discount on your magickal supplies. Here is the link directly to the ID card supplier.
A small portion of the proceeds comes back to Grey School via Magick Alley, to help support our campus endeavors. Thanks again for your support!

In the past, we would raise the tuition once a year. This year we are raising tuition at the beginning of the year instead of at the Equinox. We expect it to stay at this rate for more than a year.
The new tuition will take effect January 1, 2016. If you don’t have a subscription in place, this would be a good time to get one. With the end-of-year holidays coming up, this would also be a great time to get a subscription for a friend or relative. What a great way to say “Happy Yule” or “Merry Christmas”!
The new tuition will be as follows:

Omnia vivunt, omnia inter se conexa
(“Everything is alive; everything is interconnected”)
The Grey School of Wizardry was incorporated as a non-profit Educational Institution in California on March 14, 2004, and in 2007, the School received a 501(c)(3) tax exemption from the Internal Revenue Service for charitable and educational purposes.
Designed for youth and adult students, the Grey School provides an extensive program of arcane and Classical studies. Recently celebrating 11 years of service as a secular online facility of esoteric education, the Grey School is dedicated to preserving the magickal crafts and arts for the past, and generations to follow.
Several members of the staff and Administration of the Grey School of Wizardry are negotiating to rent a 2,080-square-foot storefront in Santa Cruz to become a learning center for the School. To be called “The Grey School Academy of Arcana,” it will be an Educational Center, a Museum of Magick and Goddesses, and a Library of Esoterica. By bringing the library and museum to a tourist destination area we will be able to enjoy maximum exposure for the collections and for the Grey School, appropriate to our visions of eventual continued expansion.
The Academy will house the international headquarters, business office, and learning center of the Grey School of Wizardry. As the first physical campus for the School, the Academy will bring in teachers for classes and workshops. The library and museum will provide resources for studies in arcane lore and mystic history.
The largest area of the Academy will be “The Goddess Curiosa,” a non-denominational Goddess Temple and meeting/workshop/class space, exhibiting a collection of over 350 Goddess votive figurines from around the world and throughout history. Other cabinets and cases will contain our large collection of magickal tools, hand-written Books of Shadows, devotional items, altar setups, oils, posters, crafts supplies, and books on myth, magick, and Mysterie. Comfortable chairs and cushions will be all around.
Another room will be the main reading and research Library, “The Illuminarium,” consisting of thousands of books, Pagan publications and archives, over 1,000 movie DVDs and music CDs, and a huge organized collection of comic books going back to the 1950s.
The Library will also include a “Museum of Mysterie” for the other collections: arcane artifacts, dragons and dinosaurs, skulls and skeletons, natural history, mythical/legendary creatures, theatrical costumes and magickal regalia, seasonal decorations, prehistoric animal models, fossils, dragons, science fiction models, toys and action figures (especially Star Trek, Star Wars, Jules Verne, da Vinci, movies, etc.).
And in front we will have a little store (“Magick Alley”) in which we can sell magickal books, figurines, jewelry, and crafts made by various artists, authors, and musicians we know who will be available for house concerts, book-signings and “meet the artist” events. We also want to put a craft table in the window so that some of our crafters can work in view of passers-by.
Operating entirely online for the past 11 years, the Grey School has always hoped to acquire a regular physical campus. By providing quality educational facilities and resources, the Academy will bring us into that goal.
That’s the Vision we are working on. Would you care to help support this? If so, please donate: http://mgzmfoundation.org/
