Energy is stored in the Chakras which can be used for overall health, for raising energy for magick, and in meditation. This class will give you simple methods for raising energy in the Chakras for these purposes. Please refer to the pictures included in this class.

Energy: Introduction to Theory & Practice
Credits: 3
Level: 3
Instructor: "Ambika Devi"
Class Description: Have you ever wondered exactly what energy is, or how we use it for our magickal purposes? Did you know that we all use energy every second of every day to make decisions on a subconscious level? Did you know that you can purposefully use this energy if you only realised that you use it already? Would realising this make magickal workings easier? Of course it would. There has to be an easier way to find and use this energy and in my own personal journey I've found the way that works for me. It's this information that I want to share with you.

While it is true that no two people will understand energy or how to use it in exactly the same way, I have noted that there are some similarities across the board, things that make sense to all of us no matter what path we choose. By the end of the class, you will have additional tools with which to consider how you personally understand energy and the magick you can create with it. You will be able to develop your own personal theories and grow your path in a way that makes sense to you.
Required Materials: None.
Estimated Completion Time: 4 - 6 weeks
