Daemons in order to communicate with Them, to enter into liaisons (“pacts”) to

Through Theurgy, a Wizard’s Magickal Practice and entire life can be brought
into better alignment with the flow of the Universe. This course defines
Theurgy and its basic techniques, discusses its goals, and presents a brief
history of the Art. Further, since the Theurgical Arts permit communication
with Gods and Daemons, it is imperative that Theurgists have clear ethical
standards and know how to deal with requests or demands to act unethically. Thus
this class also discusses the ethical problems that may arise in Theurgy and
takes the student through a series of exercises in ethical judgment. It is

Ritual Magick Outdoors Credits: 3 Level: 5 Instructor: "Dean Meighen" Class Description:
Rituals are often held outdoors, both because of the gorgeous setting and because there’s something extra magickal about practicing with one’s feet on the Earth, and the stars overhead. In this class, we’ll consider outdoor safety and practical concerns, examine ways of finding a good ritual site; and consider how rituals might align themselves with natural spaces and with elemental forces.
Required Materials:Grimoire for the Apprentice Wizard and Companion for the Apprentice Wizard by Zell-Ravenheart. As part of this class, you will plan and carry out an outdoor ritual at a site away from your home, and with the involvement of at least one other person.
Estimated Completion Time: 1-2 months Prerequisites:
“About Rituals” (L1, Ceremonial Magick) is required. “Conducting a Ritual” (L4, Ceremonial Magick) is recommended, but not required.
Safety Precautions:
Youth apprentices should not venture into the outdoors without the support of a parent; in truth, it’s best that no one of any age venture out without at least one other person. Some of the material in this class mentions hiking, work around bodies of water, work in high (elevated) settings, and the use of bladed tools and open fire. Theurgy 401: Invoking Qabbalistic Beings of Light Credits: 2 Level: 5 Instructor: "Dean Meighen" Class Description:
In the grimoiric traditions based on the Hermetic Qabala, you will be given instruction on using a crystal sphere for invoking a Being of Light. Alternatively instruction will be given on creating a simple black scrying mirror and a Triangle of Art and a simple method of producing gold fluid condensers. This class will enable you to be able to perform a complete invocation.
Required Materials:
Grimoire for the Apprentice Wizard and either a Crystal Sphere or a Black Scrying Mirror (or materials to make one. Example: a wall clock and black spray paint).
There are 13 photos which illustrate different aspects of invocations and the corresponding materials used.
As
you will see in this class, each planet has a number of correspondences and, in
essence, particular “personalities.” These personalities or attributes relate
to certain parts of the human psyche. When endeavoring to strengthen or draw
out a particular aspect of one’s self, a planetary invocation can help tune
into that aspect and lend support to it full functioning.
In
addition to facilitating internal growth and discovery, planetary energies can
be called upon to facilitate change in the world around us. For instance, Venus
may be invoked in matters of love and Mars in matters for which brute strength
is needed. Sol may be called upon for strength and balance. These energies,
once invoked can then be directed at a particular issue in order to influence
the outcome. Students will complete an
invocation of one planetary influence in this class.
Required Materials:
Various
herbs for incense, construction or drawing paper, colored pencils, various
colored candles
