Description:  The class will cover a variety of final resting places for human
remains. From hidden catacombs to elaborately decorated ossuaries, many
cultures have found ways to preserve the human body, or at least parts of it,
for eternity.  The class will cover the historical aspects of famous
sites, but will not delve deeply into aspects of funerary rites. 

Required textbooks or materials:  None

Estimated time for completion:  4 weeks

Safety Warnings:  The class contains many images of skulls and bones. Viewer
discretion is advised.
